From Kitchen Table to Delicious Delights
It's 2020, the world has turned upside down, and I'm at my kitchen table, juggling flour, sugar, and two kids doing zoom classes. Yep - The Mini Baker's Box was born out of a pandemic, a passion for baking and a desperate need to pay for school fees (thanks kids!).
Baked with Love and Necessity
With a knack for baking, friends and family would rave about my cookies and cakes, saying things like "You could really sell these!" But it wasn't until the world paused that I took them seriously. With a global pandemic as my motivator and a kitchen table as my bakery, I decided to dive in headfirst. After all, necessity is the mother of all invention, right?

The Sweet Beginning
With a piping bag in one hand and a laptop in the other, I started The Mini Baker's Box . I started selling on ETSY, figuring it was a low-key way to dip my toes into the business world. Boy was I in for a surprise!
My kids, who were mastering the mute button on zoom, watched as I whipped up batches of cookies to support their education. Orders poured in, along with rave reviews. Next thing I knew, the team and I were fulfilling corporate orders with companies we'd only dreamed about working with! The business grew faster than dough in a warm oven. It was chaotic, it was fun and it was the beginning of something rather wonderful.
