How long until I get my order?
That depends on which delivery method you choose. Please see our delivery information page.
Standard delivery is with Royal Mail and typically takes 2-3 days after dispatch, but is not tracked.
Nominated day tracked delivery will arrive on the chosen date.
Delivery to Europe typically takes 5-10 days.

Can you make some gluten free/vegan biscuits for my friend?
I’m very sorry but our biscuits do contain gluten, butter and eggs.

However we do have baking kits available which are suitable for vegans.
​
However they are packed in a bakery which handles gluten so traces may remain.

Do you supply wholesale?
We do! Please do get in touch to discuss further.

Can I change the delivery address?
Please email as soon as possible after placing the order, as once the order is in progress, we won’t be able to change the address.

When will I receive my subscription?
If you’ve ordered a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle, the first box will be sent straight away.
Subsequent baking kits will arrive on the first week of each month.

As an example: If you place an order on 23rd June, the first baking kit of your subscription will be posted out within 3-5 days.
The next baking kit of your subscription will be sent out the first week in July, and all other kits will be sent out the first week of the following months.

If you’ve joined our rolling subscription, your box will arrive in the first week of the following month.

Do the biscuits and baking kits post safely?
We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging and yes, they do.
Occasionally the post people are heavy handed, and rarely, a biscuit will break, but this is very rare.
We replace any breakages but please get in touch straight away, and don’t be tempted to eat them before you tell us!

What’s your lead time for bespoke biscuit orders?
Depending on volume, usually between 4 days and 4 weeks.

However, we can often work to deadlines so please do get in touch right away if your order is urgent.

Can I add a gift note?
Yes! This can be added on the product page.

Are your biscuits suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all of our biscuits are vegetarian. We also have a range of vegan baking kits.

Do you collaborate with bloggers?
If we feel that we are a good fit, then yes we do. Please send us an email to introduce yourself.

Can I order a biscuit gift box but change what’s in it?
We can certainly create bespoke boxes of biscuits for larger orders. Please do get in touch to discuss your ideas.

How long can I keep the biscuits and kits?
How long can you resist them?
Biscuits last two weeks in gift boxes, or 1 months in jars or tins.
Baking kits have a 3 month shelf life.

Do you include pricing or a receipt with the orders?
No, we don’t include pricing or receipts with the orders as so many of our products are given as gifts.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you, please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
