All celebration cakes available for delivery or collection within London only.

Q: Where do you deliver cakes? A: Our cakes are available for delivery within London only. Because they're freshly made and rather less enthusiastic about travelling than our biscuits, we don't send cakes through the post.

Q: What days do you deliver? A: Cake delivery is available Monday to Sunday. Choose your preferred delivery date when ordering.

Q: Which London areas do you deliver to? A: We currently offer cake delivery across London Zones 1–4. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your postcode, please get in touch before ordering.

Q: Can I collect my cake? A: Yes. Collection is available Monday to Saturday and can be selected when ordering. We'll let you know when your cake is ready to collect. Please make sure you collect within your arranged collection window so your cake is at its best for your celebration.

Q: Can I choose a delivery time? A: Deliveries are arranged for your selected date rather than a guaranteed exact arrival time. If your cake is for an event with a fixed start time, we recommend allowing plenty of time between delivery and your celebration.

Q: How is my cake delivered? A: Your cake is carefully boxed and delivered by courier rather than sent through the postal network. This helps it arrive looking as close as possible to how it left our kitchen.
